Our Move-in/out Checklist
Every Move-In/Out Cleaning Includes
Bathrooms
- Clean mirrors (no streaks or cloudy film left)
- Dust light fixtures above mirrors
- Spray shower, shower glass, soap tray, fixtures, clean all flat surfaces
- Wipe inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers and inside the medicine cabinet
- Clean shower to remove ALL soap scum including soap dish – use heavy brush for heavy soap scum
- Scrub shower with heavy brush to remove soap scum
- Wipe down sink with and all flat surfaces to remove all dirt and then wipe with wet microfiber
- Wipe toilet and clean inside bowl (remove any rings)
- Remove all bath mats and shake off outside if necessary
- Vacuum all hair and debris and mop floors
Living Areas
- Clean mirrors (no streaks or cloudy film left)
- Remove cobwebs from ceiling area
- Dust light fixtures above mirrors
- Dust and wet wipe blinds and leave in middle position when done
- Dust upper and lower window sills
- Wet wipe all light switches
- Dust all flat surfaces moving items to give a full dusting
- Wipe down doors and door frames – remove smudges around knobs
- Dust and wet wipe baseboards
- Vacuum or mop floors – lift area rugs where possible to vacuum and mop underneath
Kitchens
- Inside Microwave
- Clean All appliances with stainless steel polish or microfiber if not stainless
- Wipe down all cabinets with microfiber (wet)
