How can I prepare for my first clean?
Having your home cleaned by our teams shouldn’t be stressful. But there are a few things you can do to make sure we can clean your home to the best of our ability. This includes decluttering as many surfaces as possible, especially countertops in your kitchen and bathrooms. Ensuring there are no dishes in the sink also allows us to better clean your kitchen. Have pets? Make sure they’re safe and secured while our cleaners are working in your home. Any questions or concerns you have can be addressed before your clean – we’re happy to make special accommodations as needed for our customers!
Does being licensed and insured really matter?
While it might not be something you look for when hiring a cleaning company, the truth is that it’s one of the most important things you can ask for. Maid in the USA is fully licensed and insured so that if anything happens in your home while our cleaning teams are working, we can take full responsibility.
Hiring an individual or independent contractor to clean your home can put you at risk as the homeowner. If something happens, like the cleaner slips and falls, you could be required to take full responsibility. Thankfully, that’s not the case when you work with us. What happens if I don’t love the clean?

If you feel like we missed something during our clean, we’re more than happy to fix it. Just get in touch within 24 hours of your clean and we’ll make sure to get our teams back to your property to re-clean any areas that need it – no questions asked.
